       At present, the company has 6 modern admixture production lines at its Hubei headquarters, with 7 sets of 10,000 L reactors and 12 sets of 5,000 L reactors, and annual production and sales of admixtures totaling 50,000 tons. There are also 5 production lines in other regions, with 10 sets of 5,000 L reactors, and annual production and sales of admixtures totaling 50,000 tons.

       Shanshufeng’s polycarboxylate admixture production fully adopts automatic control with complete testing capabilities. The company is equipped with fine chemical analysis, spectrophotometric testing, viscosity testing, and conventional instruments and equipment for admixture, cement, and concrete performance testing, enabling comprehensive technical development and testing of concrete admixtures.

       Our polycarboxylate product series includes two major categories: modified polyether and modified polyester. Compared with imported products, they offer excellent overall performance and strong cost-effectiveness, and have been widely applied in Huangshi (Hubei), Changsha (Hubei), Jingmen, Yichang, and other areas.

       The company has also conducted extensive exchanges and project cooperation with the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan Institute of Technology, the Building Materials Testing Committee of the Architectural Society of China, and other universities and organizations, laying a solid foundation for technological development and enhancing the company’s overall strength.
